1. What we do

Pi9eon is a social messaging app that turns your personal photos and notes into real postcards. Each Pi9eon is sent from one individual to another, and only delivered once the recipient confirms their address. Pi9eon is designed for personal, friend-to-friend communication — not for bulk marketing or unsolicited mail.

We rely on third-party providers (including print and delivery services) to fulfill orders, but Pi9eon does not resell or provide access to those providers' APIs or platforms. All interactions with our providers occur only through Pi9eon.

2. Pricing & payment

• • Each Pi9eon is $1.99 + applicable tax (U.S. only).
• • We place an authorization at checkout. You are only charged after your recipient confirms their address.
• • If no confirmation occurs within 7 days, the authorization is released.

3. Content rules

You agree not to upload, create, or send any content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

All postcards must comply with the content, mailing, and legal restrictions of our third-party print and delivery providers.

We reserve the right to block, cancel, or remove any order, and to suspend or terminate accounts, for any violation of these rules.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you must ensure you have the rights to use any images, text, or materials.

Pi9eon requires both sender and recipient consent before a postcard is printed and mailed.

4. Delivery

We rely on third-party printers and mail carriers. Most postcards arrive within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only.

5. Refunds

• • If your recipient never confirms, you won't be charged.
• • If printing or delivery fails, we'll refund or reprint at our discretion.

6. Liability

Pi9eon is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected postcard. We are not responsible for content submitted by users, or for consequences arising from violations of these Terms or third-party provider rules.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware.

9. Social Use Only

Pi9eon is a personal, social service for sending postcards between individuals who know each other. Pi9eon may not be used for:

• • Bulk mailings, marketing campaigns, or commercial solicitations.
• • Reselling, sublicensing, or repackaging Pi9eon or any of its third-party providers (including printing and delivery services).
• • Automating or scripting postcard creation for mass distribution.

All postcards must be sent on a consent basis: one individual sender to one individual recipient, with recipient confirmation required before any printing or mailing occurs.

Pi9eon is not a general mailing utility or print-on-demand service. Users interact only with Pi9eon, not with its third-party providers.
